Before you buy
Which account does the plan attach to?The VishnuVaaku account you check out with — the same one you sign in to Sitara with. Use the same email, or the plan lands on the wrong account.
I am on the free trial. Do I lose the remaining days?Buying ends the trial and starts the plan at that moment. Unused trial days are not added on.
Can I move from Enthusiast to Professional later?Yes. Your remaining Enthusiast days are converted into Professional days at the ratio of the two prices, and added to the new year.
Does it renew by itself?No. There is no auto-renew and no saved mandate. We write to you before the year ends; buying again extends from your current end date.
Refunds?The seven-day trial gives full access before you pay, so a plan is not refundable once applied — except a duplicate charge, a plan that never activated, or where the law requires it. See the refund policy.
